The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at Park Lawless & Tremonti LLP will lead the firm's compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards across all operations. This executive role involves developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs, managing risk assessments, and fostering a culture of integrity within the firm.
Compliance Program Development & Implementation
Design, implement, and maintain a robust compliance program aligned with the firm's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Develop and enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Risk Management & Monitoring
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the firm remains proactive in addressing emerging compliance challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business processes and decision-making.
Training & Education
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance standards, legal obligations, and ethical practices.
Foster a culture of compliance by promoting awareness and understanding of the firm's compliance policies and procedures.
Regulatory Liaison & Reporting
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of compliance-related matters.
Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage regulatory inspections or investigations as needed.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key compliance metrics and areas of concern.
Investigations & Corrective Actions
Lead internal investigations into potential compliance breaches, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to address identified compliance issues and prevent recurrence.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited law school.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in legal practice, with at least 5 years in a compliance leadership role within a law firm or related industry.
Certifications: Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar certification preferred.

Proven leadership and team management experience.
Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
Base Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Bonus: Performance-based incentives.
