About the Opportunity  

We’re seeking diligent, capable, and friendly customer service representatives to help us launch a new kind of home maintenance and repair business. One defined by quality, professionalism, speed, and precision. We recognize the skill and craftmanship needed for a job well done and honor the responsibility of caring for someone’s home. 

Our goal is to develop an exceptional team of knowledgeable customer service fanatics that raises the bar for home service – as a founding team member, you’ll have both exceptional influence and learning opportunity as together we define best-in-class customer service and operations techniques. What You’ll Do  

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, setting a new standard for home service. 
• Coordinate Seamless Service: Facilitate smooth communication between clients and field tech teams, ensuring speed, precision, and quality in every interaction and job. Handle scheduling, payments, and estimating via phone, email and text messaging. 
• Collaborate on Innovative Processes: Help develop, shape and refine best-in-class efficiency and ease for both you and the customers you serve. 
• Uphold Our Commitment to Care: Represent the company’s values by honoring the responsibility of caring for customers’ homes, building trust through diligent and respectful service. 

What You Bring

• Knowledge Base: An understanding of and comfortability with general home repair and maintenance service offerings and tasks.
