Lead Project Cleaner – Full-Time, Permanent (Non-Union)  

Pay Rate:  $22.00 - Up/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule:  Full-time, must have open availability (24/7 flexibility)

We are currently seeking a  highly experienced Supervisor Cleaner  to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This is a non-union role, and we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience of project work

  Minimum of 5 years of experience  in the commercial cleaning industry

• Hands-on expertise with professional cleaning equipment, including:
  • Floor scrubbers (ride-on and walk-behind)
  • Carpet extractors
  • Pressure washers
  • Side-by-side scrubbers

• Proficient in a range of specialized cleaning services:
  • Floor stripping and waxing
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Wood floor care
  • Power washing
  • Window cleaning
  • Scrubbing of concrete and ceramic floors
  • Post-construction clean-up
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals:
  • Proper usage and safety protocols
  • Effective application for different surfaces and environments
• Ability to train, guide, and lead a team effectively
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Must have open availability, including weekends and overnights
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass a background check and MVR report
• English fluency is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
