Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Repair or replace faulty equipment and machines including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility operations.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

  • May assist with building maintenance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various maintenance techniques and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Need to have understanding of PLC's and schematics.
