Description As a Receiving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for coordinating various functions, including receiving, tracking, and general administration. This is a fast-paced role that requires adaptability and the ability to change directions quickly. Receiving: Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Tracking: Maintain detailed records of inventory and shipments, utilizing tracking systems to monitor the movement of goods. Administration: Perform general administrative tasks related to the receiving department, including data entry, filing, and communication with other departments. Coordination: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues that arise. Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for quality and compliance with company standards.
