Sales Assistant / Inside Sales Representative
Location Carrollton, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18/hr. + bonuses (paid out once hired perm)
• Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
• W2, Temp-to-Hire
ROLE IMPACT: This entry-level sales support role offers a pathway into corporate inside sales. You’ll work closely with a dynamic sales team to help grow the company’s client base through lead generation, relationship-building, and proactive outreach. Ideal for those looking to shift out of retail and into a weekday, office-based role with growth potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research prospective companies and identify potential B2B leads
• Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to initiate client contact
• Provide product information and support sales team efforts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Track interactions and client data accurately
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (e.g., CRM, email platforms, MS Office)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in sales or client development
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Email and calendar platforms (e.g., Outlook or Gmail)
• CRM or lead-tracking software
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with B2B product or service environments
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client interactions
