Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful School Administrator to support our real estate academy. This position is vital in ensuring smooth operations across our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong ability to learn new technologies, troubleshoot common issues, and manage diverse administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Oversee and manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and general inquiries for the academy.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule events, meetings, and classes for Maryland Real Estate Academy.
  • Manage student registration, track transcripts, and handle grading.
  • Report on student hours and course completions as needed.
  • Track student attendance and maintain communication with students and instructors.
  • Ensure classrooms and class materials are well-maintained and provide support to instructors as required.

Student Relations :

  • Greet and assist students and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to public and prospective student inquiries in an organized and timely manner.
  • Maintain a confidential and accurate student database.

Office Operations:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Assist in managing office budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain a well-organized office environment.
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for Maryland Real Estate Academy.
  • Manage social media accounts and online listings to promote real estate classes.
  • Help organize and execute marketing and promotional events.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new programs and troubleshoot common issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
