Refund and Returns Policy

At Blue Squid Creation, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The terrarium is damaged upon collection or delivery.
  • There is a defect in the craftsmanship of the terrarium within 14 days of receipt of your Terrarium.
  • The terrarium does not match the description provided on our website.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of the collection or delivery of your terrarium.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  3. Submit photos of the damaged or defective terrarium.

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 14 of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase, or if you paid in cash then we will arrange a refund by Bank Transfer. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Damage caused by improper handling or care after collection or delivery.
  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Any adaptation or personalisation by you, of your terrarium.
